"This home turned into a great investment, terrific place to raise two young children, and developed lifelong relationships with wonderful neighbors. We have a very good homeowners association who has helped keep our neighborhood vibrant with various activities, homeowner recognitions, activities for children during various holidays, security cameras for the entire neighborhood, and active meetings with the Mayor's Office and really good support from the City of Memphis Police Department to keep our neighborhood safe. We have small city park complete with a playground and walking trail that gets a lot of use from homeowners."

"No neighborhood can be more aptly named than Greentrees. Its leafy canopy makes us feel like we are living in a park. We love it."
